Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Mummy’s Whispers relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Mummy’s Whispers” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

 

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • All communication between both parties (us and the client) must remain strictly confidential at all times. We respect the rights to both candidates and clients and their privacy is of utmost importance.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All content is protected by New Zealand and International Copyright Laws and remain the exclusive property of Mummy’s Whispers.

  • While Mummy’s Whispers uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the site is available 24 hours a day, Mummy’s Whispers does not make any representations or warranties that access will be uninterrupted or error free. Access to the site may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, web hosting errors, maintenance or repair, or any reason beyond our control.
  • The Terms of Service shall be governed in accordance with the laws of both New Zealand and Australia and users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of these countries.

 

When booking a consultation or package with Mummy’s Whispers, you agree to the following:

  • To disclose any medical condition to the baby consultant which my baby/ies has/have.
  • Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment of your baby/ies.
  • To follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS, AAP and WHO recommendations.
  • Full Payment for all online packages will be required prior to starting. Once the payment is received in full, you will receive acknowledgment and approximate time of receiving your plan/service. We endeavour to complete these in a timely manner.
  • Short term/temporary candidate placements will incur a holding deposit for the client in order to booking the placement.
  • I understand that any services/consulting/routine is meant for my baby/ies and I only and should not be shared with any third parties. I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child and it is subject to copyright laws.
  • If in the unlikely event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances and you are unable to go ahead with the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and you will have 12 months to reschedule and/or retain a credit for any of our services. Although we are empathetic of illness, due to the nature of our work and often booking clients weeks in advance; failure to do so will result in fees still liable.
  • Due to the current times and taking Covid19 precautions seriously please notify us immediately if you or anyone in your family is sick prior to any in home consultation/service. Unfortunately we may need to reschedule due to multiple bookings with other families.
  • Mummy's Whispers prefers to resolve any disputes via mediation – please contact Head office via email at hello@mummyswhispers.com, with full details on the dispute. Where a dispute arises between the Client/Candidate/Mummy's Whispers the Client is to refrain from contacting the Candidate. All communication regards a dispute are to be kept between the Client and Mummy's Whispers only.
  • Travel fees may be charged if required to travel further than 25 km.
  • Strictly no refund policy for cancellation or change of mind.
